We couldn't be more excited to announce that Influencer has been listed on Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2021 list, ranking alongside the likes of the iab, Havas Media and Wavemaker.
Campaign’s Best Places to Work is an awards programme run to identify and recognise the best employers in media, marketing and advertising. The award covers 8 key areas - leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisors, training, development and resources, pay and benefits and overall engagement - and to be assessed on these areas and recognised on top, is a huge win for our business.
Our culture runs through everything we do, and both Influencer co-founders Ben Jeffries and Caspar Lee and, alongside our Head of Heart Carly Ash, have been instrumental in building our culture, cementing our company DNA and ensuring our teams’ wellbeing and happiness remains a central importance. The introduction of the Development Framework, teams’ Headspace subscription, annual study budgets and moving to a more hybrid way of working are great examples of this.
Ben Jeffries comments: “I am so proud that Campaign has named Influencer as one of the Best Places to Work. The company culture created by our fantastic Head of Heart Carly Ash is the reason we have been recognised for this award - she has championed employee wellbeing, represented our company values and helped manage the team through an extremely difficult time for everyone, and myself and Caspar Lee couldn’t be more grateful.”
Carly Ash also adds: “This is a huge achievement for Influencer. We will continue to ensure our people remain at the very core of the business, committing to every individual's mental and physical wellbeing, personal development and creating an environment where our people can do their best work. I am so excited to see where this fantastic achievement will take the business.”
